Our poem of the week was:
Mr. Farmer comes out before the sun
And counts his animals for fun.
Little pigs 1,2,3!
"Oink, Oink!" The pigs play in the mud.
Little cows 4,5,6!
The cows need to be milked.
Little sheep 7,8,9!
The sheep's wool keeps us warm.
Little eggs,
There are ten.
They came from the hen!
Playing together
The chick says "cheep cheep!"
His favorite farm animal is the cow. "Moo, Moo!"
Making a baby chick with our hand and finger prints
Playing with the farm animal puppets
So excited for our farm animal sing-along!
Singing "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" with the other Doodlebugs! classrooms
We were the piggies in the sing-along!
Our farm animal puppets with our beautiful artwork behind us
Reading "On the Farm" with our farm animals.
Mr. Farmer had a busy day!
This is how animals can help us
Having fun outside!
A very happy train engineer!
Our handprint animal art and the books we have been reading this week.
Painting our pigs
Reading our classroom farm book. Look who is in the door!
Playing with the farm animals at the farm center
Looking for acorns in the sensory bin full of fall leaves
Lots of laughs with the farm animals!
Dancing to our favorite song "Animal Action!"
